how coaching differs from therapy

Coaching and therapy are distinct approaches to personal development and well-being. Therapists are trained to treat mood disorders, anxiety disorders, addiction, or other mental health conditions, while coaches are not. The focus in therapy may be on healing from and addressing past traumas with an emphasis on understanding how the past impacts the present. Coaching, on the other hand, is forward-focused, designed to help you identify goals, overcome barriers, and create strategies to achieve the future you envision.

I offer a flexible, affordable coaching rate as I grow my practice.

All coaching partnerships include:

  • Free 30-Minute Initial Consultation: We'll discuss your needs and how coaching can help.

  • Discovery Session (90 minutes): A deep dive into your current challenges and goals.

  • Ongoing Email Support: I’m available to support you between sessions.

  • Accountability Assignments: Stay on track with custom action steps.

  • Sessions via Phone or Zoom
